Welcome to MySingaporeTravels blog. If there's anything you need to know about me, the main author of this blog, it's that I REALLY LOVE to explore places. Which is quite obvious given my blog topic.
My name is Ruby Alosbanos and I've been living in Singapore for the last 2 years. So, no - I'm actually not a Singaporean, which probably explains my fascination with the tourist attractions of this small island.
Therefore, I probably look at these tourist destinations from a different perspective as opposed to someone who have grown up in Singapore and has practically spent most of his life with the familiarity of every nooks and corners of Singapore.
That said, I also think that 2 years being immersed in a place and culture is quite enough to have developed a love affair with the tourist attractions of this country.
I think that succinctly explains where I'm at. I've neither lived in this place for enough time to be considered a local nor am I new to this place to be considered a stranger. Heck, I think I may also be a bit of both.
So anyway, since you found your way here, I gather we share the same love of travel. And as you browse through my different posts, you'll see that I have put together articles, pictures and personal videos of Singapore's tourist attractions, events and other vital Singapore travel guides and information.
